ARTISTS' RESIDENCY

How to apply

Eligibility and selection criteria:

Our artist residency primarily focuses on the visual arts; however, we welcome applications from individuals across various disciplines, including both local and international artists. We accept emerging and established artists who demonstrate a strong commitment to their practice and have a project ready to develop during their residency.

Authenticity and originality are fundamental in our selection process. We want to get to know who you are as an artist, so take the time to clearly describe your proposed project and your interest in engaging with the community. We will only contact selected artists by August 26 to confirm their participation and proceed with the next steps of the residency at TU ARTE.

Application Process:

Our residency is designed in cycles, allowing us to accommodate artists at different times throughout the year. If you are accepted but the proposed dates do not work for you, we can place your application on hold and consider you for the next available residency cycle once the current one concludes.

Applicants can expect a response within a week of submission. If selected, the next step will be an interview. Following a successful interview, we will send a formal letter of invitation. No special preparations are required until the residency begins at TU ARTE.
